So as I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, some of my work at CBS was nominated for an Emmy Award, well we just found out the other day that we didn’t win. Shitty!
The people over at ABC Family won for the ARG
(Alternate Reality Gaming), they did in conjunction for the show Fallen.
Oh well, it was an honor just to be nominated. Yeah Right.

Guns Don't Kill People, I Do. -
After talking about it for what seems like forever, my roommates and I finally got our asses over to the LA gun club in downtown LA for some good ol’ fashion gun slingin’ and it was pretty awesome.

It only cost us like 25 duckets for 2 guns and about 50 shells each. There wasn’t even any kind of real gun safety course
or anything, basically all you have to do is: show up, pick out a gun, buy some shells and start blasting away.
It was soo much fun that I’m going to try to do it about once or twice a month, more if I can get anybody else to roll out there with me.
What Happens in Vegas, Doesn't Always Stay in Vegas? -
If you didn’t see the MTV VMA’s (Watch Here) this year, well…I applaud you. As for those of us that did (purely for the novelty of it all I assure you) know what I’m taking about when I say that was, easily, one of the worst things televised I think I’ve ever see.
Now I not talking about Brittany’s impression of a recently tranquilized, lumbering bear,
Or Kanye’s “Where’s my award fuckers?” rant, or even the Tommy Lee Vs. Kid Rock slapfest.
No, what I’m talking about was the production values. The horrible looking graphics, the seizure-inducing backdrops, the celebrities that were too confused to announce the winners (I’m still not sure who won best new artist, (“Gym Class Fallout”? WTF) it was embarrassing to even watch and I’m sure many, MANY, people were fired.
Way to go MTV, wouldn’t it be awesome if all musicians started banning MTV, like Kanye West is doing,
and in turn brought about the end of the retarded, ADD addled monster that is MTV? Or as a last resort to restore their street cred they could actually start to play some videos again.
